Inspired by the buzz of Floriade and the longer, sunnier days, our team have been having fun in the kitchen with edible dried flowers.
From dried rose petals or lavender to decorate a cake, to butterfly pea flowers to make magic colour-changing cocktails, or salade de fleurs to spruce up a cheese platter, we’ve been well and truly getting into the Spring spirit, and you can too!
